This issue of the newsletter is following hot (very hot!) on the heels of the 2024 Network Computing Awards, which took place on May 23rd at an awards ceremony in London's Bloomsbury. Our winners on the night included Hornetsecurity, who won the Data Protection Product of the Year award for 365 Total Protection as well as our Bench Tested Product of the Year award (Software and Services Category) for 365 Permission Manager, while NetAlly's CyberScope Air wireless network security scanner won our Bench Tested Hardware category.
WatchGuard were winners of the Network Security Product of the Year for the Firebox M Series and Prism DCS triumphed in the Customer Service category, while Zeus Cloud took home the trophy in the Won To Watch Company category (Zeus Cloud also feature in this issue of the newsletter, with an opinion piece from CEO Mark Grindey on fixing the broken tender process for public sector IT).
