Totality Services offers relief to work from home businesses during COVID-19 lockdown

WFH IT Support launched to service the millions of workers affected by the latest lockdown regulations.

London IT support provider Totality Services has launched WFH IT Support to service the millions of workers affected by the latest lockdown regulations. The new offering affords teams of all sizes the level of IT security and support previously reserved for large office-based operations, servicing the needs of the nation's work from home employees.

WFH IT Support offers a full IT support package to businesses with displaced workers working remotely or from home on a rolling monthly contract starting at £14.99 per machine, per month. The new offering, just like Totality Services' established product for offices, works in partnership with Mimecast. Businesses signed up to WFH IT Support will also have access to 100% secure hard disk encryption, which works alongside DNS protection to fend off 'man in the middle' attacks.

Totality Services, a multi-award-winning provider of IT services for enterprise currently works with a client list including Tide Bank, NICCE, WhiteHat and Michaelis Boyd Associates.

Luis Navarro, co-founder at WFH IT Support, said: “This new national lockdown that we’re entering into means that even more businesses will be moving to a remote working model. Working from home and remotely, however, does bring an array of challenges for businesses, one major one being security threats.

“The cybersecurity threat landscape is constantly evolving every day. It’s impossible for security software and solution vendors to guarantee against cyber-attacks. However, through the use of best-of-breed software and solutions, and continued staff training on security threats, we can safely say that we’re in the best position to support your business and avoid breaches.

“Our team are extremely well equipped to deal with any IT support and issues. The new business will have the same team as Totality Services working on it, meaning that business working from home or remotely can feel secure and have full confidence that they’ll have the best service available.”

The new offering, just like Totality Services’ established product for offices, works in partnership with Mimecast, one of the world’s leading cybersecurity companies. Businesses signed up to WFH IT Support will also have access to 100% secure hard disk encryption, which works alongside DNS protection to fend off ‘man in the middle’ attacks.
